The S.T.E.P. Financial Literacy Project (SFLP) is a special hands-on literacy program designed to provide a bridge connecting urban youth to the world of finance.

Marcus Garvey Leadership Project is designed to assist our youth, with the leadership tools necessary to deal effectively with the many facets of URBAN survival.

S.T.E.P. YOUNG SCHOLARS LECTURE SERIES was developed to bring scholars, leaders and teachers from the community together with young black men.

The S.T.E.P. Truth Soldiers Orators Club consist of youth members of the organization who exhibit exemplary speaking skills and who possess the desire to share positive and crucial information.

The S.T.E.P. Multi Media & Educational Library Project is a project in the making. It was developed in effort to increase youth exposure to positive, educational information.

The Youth Anti-Violence Information Campaign seeks to engage youth in sharing concrete, proactive ideas and solutions with the community on eliminating the violence in our neighborhoods.
